RODNEY’S OYSTER HOUSE

Happy Place.
We made a pilgrimage last weekend to the happiest place in Vancouver: Rodney’s Oyster House!
I have a constant craving for fresh oysters, and there’s no better place to fulfill that craving than Rodney’s. We came down for Happy Hour, and it was the happiest of hours! I’m not really sure how anyone could have a bad time at Rodney’s, the vibe is casual and fun, and the service is excellent. Oh, and the Ceasars are very strong 
The perfect start to an oyster happy hour is a Ceasar. Rodney’s makes them with lots of fresh horseradish and a prawn garnish and calls it “Zydeco Stew“.

Aside from the heap of fresh horseradish, at Rodney’s they also bring you a platter of 9 different sauces to accompany your oysters. My favorite is called “Sea Witch”.

And let’s not forget the bread and butter for sopping up all the juices! Very Important.

Let’s finish up with some white wine. Nice pour Rodney’s, now that’s what I call service!
Best Ceasar’s in town. Fresh, tasty seafood. Great Service. NOM NOM!!
